While basic access to Engayge is free, some features may require payment. Donations for premium features are managed by Engayge Social Network, Inc. as part of its non-profit operations. The Engayge LLC manages payments related to merchandise store operations. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize any charges for merchandise purchases or other LLC-managed services. Donations to the non-profit are voluntary and subject to our terms. Engayge is not responsible for errors in payment processing by third-party providers.

6. Merchant Offerings

Merchants may advertise products or services on the platform. Engayge does not endorse or guarantee the quality of third-party offerings and is not liable for any disputes that arise from their use.

7. Intellectual Property

Engayge and its licensors retain all rights to content, trademarks, and materials on the platform. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission from Engayge.

8. Limitation of Liability

Engayge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Engayge harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which Engayge is registered. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury.
