Terms of Service (TOS) for Engayge

Welcome to Engayge Social Network, Inc. (non-profit) and Engayge LLC (commercial operations), collectively referred to as "Engayge." By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Engayge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines or rules related to specific features. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. Non-Profit and Commercial Operations

Engayge Social Network, Inc. operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting LGBTQIA+ initiatives and receives donations for premium service features, while Engayge App LLC currently manages the merchandise store operations (coming soon).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Engayge. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Registration and Account Responsibilities

To access certain features of the platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Notify Engayge immediately of any unauthorized account access.

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Use of Services

Engayge provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect and share community resources. Access to the platform is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or suspend services without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or rights of others.

Post or distribute harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.

Use automated systems to access or scrape data from the platform.

Interfere with the platform’s security or operations.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Payments and Additional Services

Basic access to the platform is free, but certain features may require payment, managed under Engayge LLC. Payment terms, including promo codes, will be provided when applicable. Engayge is not liable for third-party payment processing errors.

8. Merchant and Third-Party Offerings

Engayge may allow merchants to advertise and offer services. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of third-party services and are not liable for any disputes arising from their use.

9. Communication and Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your use of the platform. These communications fulfill any legal requirements for notices.

10. Intellectual Property

Engayge Social Network, Inc. and Engayge LLC own all content and materials on the platform. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Engayge is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Engayge against any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the laws of the state where Engayge is registered as a non-profit.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
